How To Redeem A Store Credit From TKS
- You were sent a code to your email address, be sure to use that same email address on the order you want to use it on, the discount code is linked to that email address
- Put the item(s) you want in your cart
- On the Cart checkout page, under the items you will see a "Coupon Code" field, copy the code there and click the "Apply Coupon" button (see example below)
- You can also enter this code even on the final checkout page by clicking the banner at the top that says "Have a coupon? Click Here To Enter Your Code".
-Do not put the code in the "Gift Card" field. This field is only used if you are paying with a Digital Gift Card that was sent to you.
-Also remember when copying the code, to not include any leading or trailing blank spaces; the system will interpret the blank space as a character and then the code may not work.
Do I have to have an account registered on the TKS website to use my credit?
-No, as long as you use the email address that the code was sent to, you can redeem your credit.
-However, we do recommend you make an account on the My Account page first, you get benefits such as:
- Being able to view your Store Credit Balances that are unused
- See your tracking updates as soon as your order ships
- Track your digital Gift Cards
- Check stock notifications
- Manage your shipping addresses and more
